We are currently seeking junior to mid-level Litigation Attorneys to support our Fortune 500 and leading clients across industries including healthcare, technology, financial services, and consumer products.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a broad range of litigation matters, including commercial, consumer, and complex litigation, from initial case assessment through resolution, developing strategy and evaluating legal and business risk.
- Conduct legal research and draft, review, and revise litigation materials, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other case-related documents.
- Manage and collaborate with outside counsel on active litigation, including overseeing case strategy, discovery, budgets, key deadlines, settlement considerations, and overall matter performance.
- Partner with internal legal and business stakeholders to investigate claims and disputes, assess potential exposure, advise on litigation strategy, and develop practical approaches to resolving disputes and mitigating risk.
