We are seeking Market Access Attorneys to advise our Life Sciences clients. In this role, you will provide strategic legal counsel and support to leading pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical clients on market access, pricing, reimbursement, and government pricing matters. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading organizations, helping shape market access strategies, navigate complex regulatory requirements, and support commercial success while mitigating legal and compliance risk. This is an existing vacancy.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a broad range of market access-related agreements, including PBM, payer, GPO, wholesaler, specialty pharmacy, distribution, rebate, discount, value-based, outcomes-based, consulting, advisory board, master services, and data-sharing agreements.
