Negotiator / Legal Consultant – Derivatives & Securities Financing Documentation (ISDA / GMRA / GMSLA)

We are currently on the lookout for Negotiators/ Legal consultants with derivatives &  securities financing documentation experience ( (ISDA / GMRA / GMSLA) to join our ranks and provide longer term support to our Fortune 500 financial service client:

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and finalize documentation for derivatives and/ or repos, securities lending and financing trades (e.g. ISDA/CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, Pledge GMSLA, local annexes).
• Support the structuring and documentation of new products
• Review and improve custodian, triparty and collateral arrangements (including cash loan confirmations and pledge agreements), highlighting risks and proposing practical fixes when needed

Requirements

• 3–10 (+) years’ experience negotiating complex financial documentation in a bank, broker, asset manager or law firm.
  • Legal qualification or bar admission is welcome but not required – experienced documentation negotiators are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong, hands‑on experience negotiating one or few of the followings: 1) ISDA/CSA,  2) GMRA documentation; AND/OR 3) GMSLA and Pledge GMSLA<
