In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our clients in energy sector, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk. Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters related to oil and gas exploration, production, and transportation, including environmental regulations, permitting requirements, and land use issues.
• Draft and negotiate a variety of oil and gas agreements, including leases, joint operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, processing agreements and pipeline contracts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local government laws and regulations.
