Join Our Team as a Regulatory Compliance Trade Paralegal at Axiom 

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Trade Paralegal to support an established legal or compliance team. Working under the direction of an attorney or senior compliance professional, you will help clients manage day-to-day trade compliance needs and maintain effective legal and compliance processes. This role is suited to a paralegal with relevant experience who is interested in supporting trade compliance work as part of a broader legal or compliance practice. This is an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys and compliance professionals with trade compliance matters.
• Assist with researching and tracking applicable import, export, and sanctions requirements.
• Organize and maintain trade compliance records, procedures, and supporting documentation.
• Help review transactions, business activities, and documentation for potential compliance issues.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and business teams to gather information and support internal reviews.
• Assist with preparing compliance materials, reports, and internal guidance.
