Your Impact
Business Analysts are trusted advisors who bridge customer vision and technology. In this role, you'll partner with public safety agencies to understand operational needs, design solutions, and configure software that supports mission-critical work. As part of a collaborative, cross-functional deployment team, you'll help deliver successful implementations across an industry leading public safety SaaS platform. Business Analysts follow two tracks; as a consultative customer partner or a technical builder, you'll have opportunities to solve meaningful problems, work directly with customers, and grow with a team whose work directly supports the agencies prot
