The Locums Recruiting Manager is a hands-on leader who drives recruiter performance. This role coaches and develops high-performing teams through clear expectations, data-driven insights, and thoughtful support, while serving as an escalation point as needed. The Manager partners closely with their team to optimize recruiting, solve challenges, and consistently exceed performance goals across the Locum Tenens staffing lifecycle.
