Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
This role owns feature adoption and platform engagement for B-Stock's buyer-facing features — ensuring buyers discover, adopt, and deepen engagement with what Product ships. Lifecycle Marketing owns buyer funnel health (acquisition, activation, retention) at a cohort level; Product Growth owns whether buyers find and use the features that make the platform stickier. You'll brief Lifecycle on feature launches; they own channel execution. This role also applies AI to how feature GTM gets built and measured — using AI-assisted analysis to speed hypothesis testing and reporting.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Driving Outcomes
- Own the GTM strategy and launch execution for buyer-facing features (e.g., saved search, delivery preferences, customer preferences); define adoption metrics upfront and hold yourself accountable for delivering against them.
- Propose a prioritized GTM plan for buyer-facing features, aligned to the broader product roadmap.
