Recruiter

JOB SUMMARY

The Recruiter is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for managing full cycle recruiting across a variety of roles and functions at B-Stock. This role owns multiple searches and the relationships that come with them, partnering closely with candidates, hiring managers, and hiring teams to keep recruiting processes moving with clarity, consistency, and appropriate urgency.

The Recruiter brings strong judgment, organization, and curiosity to how we hire, using market insights, recruiting data, and AI-enabled tools and workflows to inform their approach and work more efficiently. As a member of B-Stock’s HR team, they also provide thoughtful handoffs and consider the downstream impact of recruiting activity on the broader employee experience.

The Recruiter reports to the Senior Manager, Recruiting. This individual will work in a hybrid function at our Boston office location 2-3 days per week.
