B-Stock is hiring a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to lead the team and systems that keep go-to-market running across sales, account management, and marketing — spanning sales and marketing analytics, operations, systems, and process. This is a people-manager role accountable for the accuracy, integration, and performance of the processes and platforms that power revenue, from pipeline and forecasting to the GTM tech stack itself.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop 3 direct reports across sales analytics/operations, sales GTM systems, and marketing operations
- Set shared priorities and standards across the team's owned platforms
- Remove roadblocks and maintain a consistent operating rhythm across the team
