Strategy & Business Operations Manager
JOB SUMMARY
As a member of our Strategy & Business Operations team, you will lead planning and delivery of high priority projects. Projects include accelerating new offerings, identifying and fostering new partnerships, streamlining our operating rhythm, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The team partners with business and product leaders to drive B-Stock’s strategy, identify opportunities for growth and investment, and drive innovation and best-in-class execution across teams. You'll also raise how the team works by applying AI to accelerate research, analysis, and synthesis, building toward more automated approaches to recurring strategy and operations work over time. This person would report directly to the Vice President of Strategy & Business Operations.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive end-to-end strategic projects to define and accelerate the company’s top growth priorities
- Lead B-Stock’s foray into new segments, offerings, or partnerships leveraging the depth of B-Stock’s data, customer relationships, and network
