Your Learning Journey in This Role
We are looking for a Head of Pricing & Monetization to define and evolve Babbel’s pricing, packaging and monetization strategy. You will lead pricing decisions across existing and new products, including subscription plans, family plans, add-ons, trials and offers.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role, with the opportunity to build a pricing function over time. You will work across Product, Growth, Marketing, Finance, Data and Engineering to turn customer insight and commercial analysis into pricing decisions that improve sustainable growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Own Babbel’s pricing and monetization strategy across products, markets and customer segments, and develop the frameworks and processes behind it.
Design pricing and packaging for new products and models
