What the Role Is

Own the day-to-day operations of our Commercial Point, Ohio Fulfillment Center — front desk, facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and workplace safety. This is a build role: the operating playbook doesn't exist yet — spend tracking, vendor terms, a furniture-request process — and you'll define them. You'll own real recurring budgets (kitchen, office supplies, engagement spend), partner on-site with the Safety Committee, and co-own culture programming across all three shifts with FC leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM,  reporting to the General Manager, Fulfillment Operations.

About Pay

We pay competitive market rates.

Starting salary for this position is $68,138 to $81,755 annually
