About the team
The Shipping Group owns everything that moves at Back Market – from the moment a seller configures their listings to the moment a customer's order is delivered. We're organized across two squads and one strategic program:
Shipping Core squad – BackShip (managed labels, carrier network, billing, warranty), transit time infrastructure, carrier optimization, and collection point UX
Delivery Experience (DXP) squad – Customer-facing delivery promise (PDP, Cart, Checkout), post-
