What you’ll do:

Build enterprise-grade AI agents: You'll collaborate closely with clients to architect, build, and deploy robust AI agents capable of operating at scale.

Evolve agent development lifecycle: Adapt established software engineering practices to address the unique challenges of AI agents, specifically regarding non-deterministic behaviors, natural language integration, and LLM dependencies.

Accelerate generative agent development: Leverage modern tools like Cursor and Claude Code to speed up agent creation, while exploring the design of harness and self-optimizing systems that improve through real-world usage, user feedback, and self-play
