Building Service - Senior/ Principal Electrical Engineer

Role Overview

The Senior / Principal Engineer  -  Electrical is expected to have a strong track record in one or, preferably, multiple sectors that BakerHicks operates in. You will ideally be a Chartered Engineer with experience of working on a variety of medium-size Building Services projects and possibly managing small packages on large projects.

You’ll be part of an enthusiastic and committed team of Engineers and Technicians to deliver high quality output on projects across all sectors.

Client care and repeat business is crucial to BakerHicks success, so you’ll need to be able to develop and nurture relationships with our clients (both internal and external).

 

About You

• You will be someone who values quality and enjoys delivering technically excellent Electrical designs in the built environment. 
• Someone who wants to take ownership, be innovative, use initiative and is driven by client satisfaction. 
• Have experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams and have experience in leading and mentoring junior engineers.
