Process Operator / Production Operator
As our new Production / Process Operator, you will join our Operations team and play a key part in the production of our intermediates and our final product, Vitamin K2. You will in addition to production activities from A-Z perform simple maintenance and correctly log in batch protocols.
This is a unique opportunity to become a member of a team where each individual contributes and shares their knowledge, supports each other, and appreciates SOPs for a safe and efficient production process. Throughout, you will help drive continuous improvement while keeping safety and quality first. This is a shift-based position reporting to the Operations Lead.
Job summary:
Daily, hands-on operation of production, including control of raw material quantities, preparation of solvents, cleaning of production equipment as required, maintaining batch protocols, continuous monitoring of important production parameters, waste management, etc.
Reception, registration, sampling and control of raw materials, intermediates and final product.
Labeling and storage of raw materials, intermediates and final products according to SOPs and batch protocols
Planning and implementation of minor preventive maintenance work.
Contribute to the development of new and/or updated SOPs and other documentation (checklists, logbooks, etc.)
