Store Manager, Balsam Hill Studio - Kona, HI
Balsam Brands is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to manage our Balsam Hill Studio retail store in Kona, HI. In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure our customers experience the magic of Balsam Hill in an inspired holiday setting.
The Store Manager is a true business owner for their store. They are responsible for leading, managing, and continuously developing all aspects of their store’s business. They are accountable for creating and maintaining a positive and highly productive work environment that aligns with the company’s mission. They will be responsible for consistently achieving sales and probability goals, operational objectives, merchandising standards, and developing a highly successful team.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by fostering a customer-first culture, building lasting relationships through personalized service and clienteling
- Lead and develop a small team of 1–2 part-time associates through ongoing coaching, feedback, and accountability, while actively working the floor as the primary associate in this boutique-format store
- Drive sales performance by setting daily priorities, modeling effective selling behaviors, coaching associate’s in real time, and executing KPI-driven strategies
- Partner with the Area Man
