Essential Job Duties

The Sr. Director, Integrated & Brand Marketing is responsible for defining and scaling BambooHR’s brand presence, market perception, and top-of-funnel demand creation strategy. This leader owns brand strategy, integrated campaigns, content marketing, media investment, events, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships while ensuring a consistent narrative across the customer journey. The role partners closely with Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Creative, and Executive Leadership to position BambooHR as the most trusted HR platform for SMB organizations in an evolving AI-driven buying landscape.
