Essential Job Duties

We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to make BambooHR the easiest HR platform to build on. You'll own the public developer surface end to end: the APIs, the SDKs, the developer portal, the documentation bar, and the connectors that put BambooHR inside the AI tools and marketplaces our customers already work in.

You'll serve three customers on one roadmap: partners, our customers' own developers, and AI agents. The partnerships organization owns the relationships and the commercial terms. This r
