Processes Reengineering & Procedures Clerk

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Processes Reengineering & Procedures Clerk within the Operational Excellence department. In this role, it is required to participate in the development and modification of procedures governing various aspects of the Bank’s banking and support operations, ensuring that clear workflows are established, including the rules, regulations, responsibilities, and authorities governing each activity. Monitor adherence to these procedures to minimize risks and processing time while safeguarding the Bank’s interests and rights.

Responsibilities:

• Receive requests from the direct supervisor to develop and/or modify procedures related to new products, banking operations, systems/programs, or projects across the Bank’s various business units. Contribute to developing or modifying the relevant procedures, enter them into the Procedures Management System, and submit them to the direct supervisor for review.
• Participate in developing and/or modifying the workflows for various processes within the Procedures Management System based on the proposed/approved process flow, and submit them to the direct supervisor for review.
• Follow up on the development and/or modification of new forms based on approved procedures or amendments requested by the relevant department within the automated system, ensuring their implementation.
