Litigation Paralegal (Products Liability)
Barnes & Thornburg is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our Litigation Department in the Indianapolis office.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trial.
Prepare, organize, and file documents with federal and state courts, including through PACER/ECF and applicable Indiana e-filing systems.
Conduct legal research and assist with drafting pleadings, correspondence, and discovery responses.
Finalize legal briefs, including checking citations and preparing exhibits.
Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines to ensure timely and accurate case progression.
Coordinate large-scale document productions and maintain databases or spreadsheets to track evidence and case materials.
Assist with trial preparation, including witness binders, exhibits, and logistics.
Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and external parties.
Other duties as assigned.
