About the Role
We are seeking a strategic operator to own one of Base's most important partnerships: installer and electrician capacity. This partnership covers the last step of getting a battery on a member's home, and it continues to scale into new territories across the country.
As the primary point of contact, you will represent Base in all interactions with our installer partners and be accountable for the success of the relationship. That means driving new installer capacity, unit economics, and quality outcomes, while making sure our partners stay motivated to win alongside us. Base Field Ops collaborates closely with Deployments, Launch, Growth, Software, and Hardware to deliver results that matter.
