About the Role
Our marketing team combines creative, customer-focused strategy with data-driven precision to reach the right customers at the right time. We’re hiring an Organic Social Content Manager to build Base into one of the most distinctive, entertaining, and trusted energy brands on social.
You’ll own the day-to-day operation of Base’s organic channels, from developing the content calendar and creating original content to publishing, engaging with our audience, and learning from performance. You’ll turn Base’s products, customers, employees, and mission into platform-native stories people want to watch, share, and join.
This is a hands-on creative role. You’ll develop recurring social series, respond quickly to relevant cultural moments, and personally bring ideas from concept through production. You should be as comfortable scripting and filming a video as you are writing a caption,
