About the Role
As a Talent Partner at Base, you will build the teams that enable Base to scale, with a focus on functions like Legal, Accounting, Finance, People, and other critical corporate teams. You will run full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer close, partner directly with functional leaders to understand highly specialized talent needs, and build focused hiring processes that identify exceptional people.

Own full-cycle recruiting: Run end-to-end hiring across G&A functions, from sourcing and initial assessment through offer close.
