About the Role
As a Staff Technical Recruiter, you will build teams for Base’s software and embedded engineering teams. You will run full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer close, partner directly with engineering leaders to scope roles and build focused interview processes, and move fast without compromising quality. You’ll have a hand in building one of the fastest growing companies in America. Help us build the future of American power.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting: run end-to-end hiring for software and embedded engineering roles, from sourcing to offer close.
Source and engage talent: build pipelines of strong engineers, including passive candidates, in competitive technical mark
