THE ROLE

Baseten is looking for a Workplace Coordinator to help run our New York office and create an exceptional experience for everyone who works in or visits the space. You will work alongside our Office Manager and be at the center of the day-to-day operations of our largest and fastest-growing office.

A major focus of this role is making our increasingly complex space work well. You will manage high demand for conference rooms and phone booths, anticipate competing needs, and make thoughtful tradeoffs based on team and business priorities. Like a great EA managing an executive’s cale
