Business Systems Analyst – Hybrid (NY-NJ-CT)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

The Business Systems Analyst reports to the Business Systems Lead, and will support and optimize BaubleBar's core business applications, with a primary focus on NetSuite ERP and related operational systems. This role will work closely with the Systems Administrator and serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into scalable system solutions.

Core responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, supporting system enhancements, coordinating testing efforts, troubleshooting platform issues, and assisting with the execution of strategic technology initiatives.
