This is a full-time, salaried position based in our ABA center.
Salary Range: $85,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments

Design and monitor the implementation of treatment plans

Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians™ (RBT™)

Conduct group trainings and supervisions

Adhere to the BACB® Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
