BAYADA Hospice is seeking a compassionate, motivated Bereavement Coordinator to lead and enhance bereavement services across our Pennsylvania market. This is an opportunity to combine your expertise in grief support with program leadership, staff development, and community outreach to help patients’ families and loved ones navigate the grieving process.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with our interdisciplinary hospice team to develop meaningful programs, provide education and emotional support, and ensure families receive compassionate, reliable care following the loss of a loved one.

This position requires the ability to commute to and support BAYADA Hospice offices throughout Pennsylvania.
