What You'll Do

• Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs.
• Manage and proactively grow an assigned caseload.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring quality home care.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide support, supervision and guidance to field employees.
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with office and field teams.
• Monitor and manage key business and operational metrics.
