BAYADA’s Direct Support Professionals DSPs work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. •  Matthews, Indian Trail Areas
  • M-TH 3:30pm-8pm
  • FRI 6a-9a & 3:30p-8pm
  • Weekends 

How You’ll Make an Impact as a Direct Support Professional (DSP):

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
