Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) – Home Health Visits

Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem | Hudson County, NJ

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide one-on-one home health visits for clients throughout Hudson County, NJ.

This is a visiting aide position, requiring weekday daytime availability and travel between client homes. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships while helping clients remain safe and independent at home, we'd love to hear from you.

Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will provide compassionate personal care and support, including:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Medication assistance
• Oral feeding and hydration support
• Safe transfers and ambulation
