Territory: Phoenix metropolitan area
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility when after-hours client visits are needed
Travel: Approximately 60–70% throughout the territory

BAYADA is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Lead Caregiver to support clients receiving in-home care throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. This role combines hands-on caregiving, peer mentorship, client advocacy, and field-based support to help ensure that clients receive reliable, high-quality care in the comfort of their homes.

The Lead Caregiver serves as a trusted resource for clients, families, caregivers, and the office team. In addition to providing direct care, this role helps orient and support caregivers, reinforces service expectations, communicates important client updates, and helps address concerns before they become larger issues.
