POSITION SUMMARY:

The Corporate Counsel will be primarily responsible for providing legal support to the Associate General Counsel with enterprise commercial contracting needs and BAYADA’s procurement department with commercial leasing activities and field office service contracts. The Corporate Counsel will support a wide variety of contracting, including leases, service agreements, SaaS agreements, consulting agreements, NDAs, business associate agreements, and clinical affiliation agreements. The Corporate Counsel may also provide support to the Associate General Counsel and other senior attorneys with acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
