Rehabilitation Manager – Home Health- Senior Living | Williston, VT
Salary: $90,000/year depending on qualifications
Schedule: Full-time, exempt | Monday–Friday | 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. | Flexibility for occasional extended hours and travel throughout the service area as needed

BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Rehabilitation Manager for our Williston, VT Senior Living Office. In this rehabilitation leadership role, you will help oversee therapy services while supporting a team of physical, occupational, and speech-language therapists who help clients recover, regain function, and remain safely at home.
BAYADA’s Senior Living services bring skilled nursing and therapy directly to clients in their community setting. Our rehabilitation professionals support adults and seniors recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, as well as clients managing chronic conditions, with a focus on strength, mobility, communication, swallowing, safety, and independence.
