Salary: $100,000–$115,000 annually

Schedule: Fulltime, exempt | Monday–Friday | 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. | Primarily officebased with field visits in Nassau County | On*call participation may be required

BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager for our Garden City Skilled (GCS) office in Garden City, NY. In this RN leadership role, you will lead the clinical team supporting both adult and pediatric clients who receive high*acuity skilled nursing care at home throughout Nassau County.

Our Skilled Nursing team supports medically fragile adults and children with complex care needs, which may include tracheostomy, ventilator, seizure, and tubefeeding support.
