Join BAYADA as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. Provide one-on-one support in community settings, helping clients build independence, achieve personal goals, and participate fully in their communities. We welcome experienced caregivers, personal care aides, nurse aides, and individuals who have cared for a family member. Through compassionate, person-centered support, you'll help others live fuller, more independent lives.
