As a Dealer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for onboarding and managing used car dealers. You will provide quality customer service by satisfying the business needs of the customers and the Company. You will also be responsible for developing dealer relationships that generate business in accordance with the Company’s established business models.
In this role, you will:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and margins.
- Build a dealer database to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Build relationships with dealers by providing the highest quality customer service in the industry.
- Effectively manage and market dealer relationships to achieve all quality, pricing, and volume objectives.
- Maintain a log of dealer visits and dealer feedback.
- Design dealer segregation.
- Negotiate effectively and ensure the company achieves the highest margins.
