Requirements

In This Role, You Will:

• Support the Operations team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain accurate client, transaction, and operational records in the CRM system.
• Assist with processing customer orders and verifying the accuracy of the submitted information.
• Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure that requests and issues are resolved promptly.
• Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure that all required information is collected.
• Coordinate with departments such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service to support smooth operations.
• Assist in preparing regular reports on operational performance, customer feedback, and service issues.
• Help classify customer profiles, including B2B, B2C, and C2C customers.
