As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for generating revenue by actively engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. You will play a key role in meeting and exceeding targets, converting leads into acquisitions, and building strong customer relationships.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
• Effectively manage outbound calls and inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by following up on leads and nurturing relationships.
• Handle objections professionally, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
