Position Summary
BB&E is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented BAH Rebuild Program Manager to lead the multidisciplinary program management effort supporting NAVFAC EURAFCENT at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples (Capodichino), Italy, with periodic travel to NSA Bahrain to support the Bahrain rebuild effort. This position reports to NAVFAC EAC Operations and supports the Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) Directorate in the pre- and post-award management of MILCON, FSRM, and special projects. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) in the pre- and post-award management of MILCON, SRM, and special projects
- Lead the multidisciplinary staff of personnel supporting the Bahrain reconstruction efforts
- Oversee the development of project design packages and Request for Proposal (RFP) technical requirements
- Manage the branch Resource Allocation Plan (RAP) and workload distribution
- Provide engineering consultations and quality assurance for technical submissions
