Senior Associate, Investment - Technology/AI

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated investment professional to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of investment experience in Technology/AI investment, with a strong background in areas such as AI infrastructure/application, deep tech/enterprise services software. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying promising investment opportunities and a track record of successful deal execution.

BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in startups from technical and commercial aspects
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including market research, financial analysis, and competitive landscape assessment.
• Develop and present investment recommendations to the senior leadership team.
• Manage and monitor portfolio investments, providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and co-investors.
• To inform investment decisions, stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
• Participate in negotiations, structuring, and closing of investment deals.
