Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Delivery Lead

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects, ensuring solutions are delivered to agreed scope, quality, timelines and budget.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive delivery environment, bringing together functional consultants, developers, project managers, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers to achieve shared outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives, while promoting continuous improvement across teams.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, working closely with business leads to understand priorities, manage expectations and support effective decision-making.
• Provide delivery leadership across the project lifecycle, including planning, resource coordination, risk management, issue resolution, dependency management and governance reporting.
• Support functional and solution design activities, ensuring business requirements are translated into practical and user-centred Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Coach and mentor delivery team members, encouraging knowledge sharing, professional development and a positive team culture.
