The Opportunity

Join BearingPoint Ireland’s Change Management team and help organisations turn ambitious transformation strategies into changes that work for their people. As a Senior Consultant in Change Management, you will work with clients on complex, high-impact programmes that reshape services, operating models, technology and ways of working.

You will combine recognised change management expertise with strong consulting experience and sound judgement. You will lead defined workstreams or projects, engage senior stakeholders, guide client teams through change and translate programme objectives into practical actions that build readiness, adoption and lasting value.

What You Will Do

• Lead change management workstreams from initial assessment and strategy through design, implementation, adoption and transition to business as usual, shaping the approach to the scale, complexity and risk profile of each project.
• Design and deliver the learning and enablement approach for technology adoption: training needs analysis, curriculum and materials, and delivery through instructor-led, virtual and self-serve channels, supported by champion and key user networks that sustain adopti
