The accounting team keeps the numbers clean, the controls tight, and the reporting reliable, giving the investment and leadership teams a foundation they can trust. Position Overview This role sits at the center of the firm's operating infrastructure. You will manage our CRM environment day-to-day, maintain reporting discipline across the business, and execute the processes that support our investment, people, and go-to-market functions. The skillset mirrors what you would find in a strong revenue operations professional, but the scope is broader. You will operate across every function of the firm, not just sales. The work spans CRM operations, reporting, project execution, and cross-functional process management. You will drive clarity, accountability, and follow-through across multiple concurrent workstreams. This is a role for someone who finds satisfa
