Delightree - Product Designer

At Delightree, we’re on a mission to help franchisors grow faster by making it easy and efficient for them to manage and operate all their locations. Our platform is used by some of the most loved brands to drive consistency, training, and operational excellence across hundreds of franchise units. By eliminating manual tasks and improving communication, our platform enables franchisees to focus on delivering great service and scaling with confidence.

The work

You'll design for franchise operations - multi-location brands, franchisee owners, and frontline staff, each needing something different from the same product.

How that design gets built is what makes this role different. We've moved away from Figma mockup-then-handoff. We have a design system that already exists in code, and designers here build their work as running prototypes in the codebase, using AI tools alongside those components. Engineering builds on your prototype rather than starting over from a Figma file.

You do need to be comfortable working in a real codebase to get your design running.
