The Senior Analyst, Debt will be responsible for supporting the asset management team in preserving and creating value in the existing portfolio. This role will also work alongside the investment team in the origination, underwriting, and execution of real estate debt related investment opportunities across various property types. The Senior Analyst, Debt will support the team by maintaining complex financial analyses, evaluating monthly operating reports, and interacting directly with sponsors through bi-weekly  operations calls.
