For the season 2027, we are looking for a Commis de Rang to join our team Splendido!.
He / she is willing to support the team to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, curiosity and community.
She/He will reports to Restaurant Manager.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Fulfil the operations on Pool Grill Restaurant - according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures; Take care of the mise en place;
- Support the Chef de Rang with service;
- Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service;
- Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service.
- Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs.
