Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Welcoming and greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
• Managing guest seating arrangements and reservations efficiently, ensuring smooth table allocation and guest flow
• Escorting guests to their tables and presenting menus while providing a warm and personalized introduction
• Assisting guests with inquiries, special requests, dietary requirements, and general information about the restaurant
• Maintaining a welcoming, clean, and organized hostess area at all times

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, restaurant, or customer service is an advantage
• Friendly, warm, and attentive demeanor with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members
